Commercial floristry hinges from successful processes and time-keeping, and with days filled with sourcing and styling flowers, Shilpa found she was losing sight of her ever-growing to-do list.

The solution was to create an airtight client process and to manage everything through a digital project management tool so any job could be accessed and amended instantaneously, from any time or place.

Now, from the initial enquiry through to the event itself and requesting post-event feedback, the whole job and required actions are tracked. Shilpa’s Klone has also created additional processes for supporting the smooth-running of the system: like proposal creation, scheduling, task and schedule reminders, and pitch-perfect itineraries for events.
